Effective Date: May 11, 2026
By registering as a participating business with Soda Hunt, you (“Business”) agree to the following terms.
1. BUSINESS PARTICIPATION
Businesses participate in Soda Hunt campaigns for one-time campaign participation fees.
Each Soda Hunt campaign requires separate participation registration and payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. NON-REFUNDABLE FEES
All participation fees are final and non-refundable except where Soda Hunt cancels a campaign in its entirety.
3. NO GUARANTEES
Soda Hunt does not guarantee:
- customer traffic;
- sales;
- leads;
- revenue;
- profitability;
- media coverage;
- social media placement;
- newsletter inclusion;
- marketing exposure;
- influencer promotion;
- or campaign performance.
Businesses understand that campaign participation involves marketing exposure opportunities only.
4. BUSINESS RESPONSIBILITIES
Businesses agree to:
- provide accurate business information;
- honor promotional offers submitted to Soda Hunt;
- maintain professional conduct;
- comply with applicable laws;
- and communicate changes to offers in writing whenever possible.
Businesses may change offers with at least 48 hours written notice whenever reasonably possible.
5. OFFER LIMITATIONS
Businesses may deny or limit offers due to:
- inventory shortages;
- staffing limitations;
- product availability;
- expired offers;
- operational limitations;
- or legal restrictions.
Soda Hunt is not liable for disputes arising from offer fulfillment.
6. DATA SHARING
Businesses understand that campaign participant information may be shared after campaigns for marketing and customer engagement purposes.
Businesses agree to comply with applicable marketing, privacy, and communication laws when contacting participants.
7. PROMOTIONAL RIGHTS
Businesses grant Soda Hunt permission to use:
- business names;
- logos;
- photos;
- descriptions;
- social handles;
- and related branding materials
for promotional and marketing purposes.
8. TERMINATION
Soda Hunt reserves the right to remove businesses from campaigns for:
- fraudulent behavior;
- failure to honor offers;
- misconduct;
- abusive behavior;
- reputational concerns;
- or violations of campaign policies.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Soda Hunt shall not be liable for:
- business losses;
- revenue loss;
- operational costs;
- staffing costs;
- inventory losses;
- marketing dissatisfaction;
- or campaign-related disputes.
10. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by Missouri law.
